What we sell is custom digital work — websites, online storefronts, chatbots and automation built for one specific business. Work like that can't be boxed up and posted back, so this page sets out plainly when you get your money back, how much, and how long it takes.
Short version: if we haven't started, you get everything back. If we've started, you pay only for what's actually been done. If we deliver something that doesn't match what we agreed in writing and we can't fix it, you get everything back.
Full refund. No deduction, no explanation needed, no hard feelings.
"Starting work" has a specific meaning here: it's the day we begin building after your brief is confirmed, and we tell you in writing on that day. Until you have that message, nothing has started and your money is fully refundable.
You pay for the work that has actually been completed up to the day you cancel, and the unused balance comes back to you.
We send you an itemised summary of what was done before we take anything — you see the arithmetic, not just a number. In practice, if you paid a 50% deposit and we're less than halfway through, you get the difference back.
We fix it. Free, and for as many rounds as it takes, as long as it's within the written brief you approved.
If we genuinely can't make it match that brief, you get a full refund and you owe nothing. We'd rather return the money than argue about a site you don't want.
Money already spent on your behalf. A domain name, a paid template or plugin licence, ad spend — once these are bought, we can't get them back either. We always show you the receipt, and we always ask before spending.
The included first year of hosting and care, once your site is live. It's part of the one-time price, not a subscription, so it isn't refunded month by month. The site remains yours either way.

We acknowledge every request within one business day.
Talk to us first — most of this gets sorted out in one conversation. If you paid by card and you're still not satisfied, you have the right to raise the matter with your card issuer, but we'd ask you to give us the chance to fix it before you do.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and it sits alongside the service agreement you signed. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
