This page explains what personal data we collect on aiprofitlab.io, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for. We share data with service providers only where needed to run the site (hosting, analytics) — never for their own marketing.
Because we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, some of this data is processed on Google's and Microsoft's servers outside Oman.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy. We treat what you tell us there with the same confidentiality as email.
If you comment a keyword on one of our Instagram posts or reels, an automation replies to you with a direct message. To do that we receive from Instagram, and store, your Instagram username and user ID, the text of that comment, and which post it was on. If you then reply to our message with your email address, we store that too, so we can send you what you asked for.
We use this only to answer you and to keep track of who asked for what. We do not use it to message you about anything you did not ask for, and we do not sell or share it. Instagram conversations are also subject to Instagram's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy.
You can ask us to delete all of it at any time — see Deleting your data.
If you pay by card, the payment happens on the payment provider's own secure page. Your card number, expiry date and security code are never entered on aiprofitlab.io, never sent to us, and never stored by us. We receive only what we need to raise your invoice and confirm your order: that the payment succeeded, the amount, the currency, and a reference.
What we do keep is the order itself — your name, business name, email, phone number, what you ordered and what you paid — because Omani law requires a business to keep its accounting records, and because you may need an invoice or a refund later. Those records are kept for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
Bank transfer details you send us are used to raise or refund that one payment, and for nothing else. We never ask for a card number by WhatsApp, email or phone, and you should treat anyone who does as a fraud, including someone claiming to be us.
Inquiry details are kept while we are in contact and for up to 2 years after the last exchange, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months).
Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022), you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@aiprofitlab.io and we will respond within 30 days.
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, and we will. There is no form to fill in and you do not need an account.
For Instagram specifically, this removes your username, user ID, the comment we replied to, and any email address you sent us. You can also remove our access yourself at any time, without contacting us: in the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove AI Profit Lab.
Two things we may have to keep: records the law requires us to keep, such as an invoice for something you actually bought, which Omani accounting rules oblige us to retain; and anything needed to settle an open dispute. We will tell you if either applies to you, and we delete the rest.
Data that flows through systems we build for clients (messages, orders, invoices) belongs to the client. It stays in the client's own accounts and tools; we access it only to build, fix, and support the system, under the agreement we sign with each client.
