This page explains what personal data we collect on aiprofitlab.io, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

What you send us: if you fill a contact or audit form, message us on WhatsApp, or email us, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email, company name, and a description of your business problem.
Usage data: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited. This uses cookies and collects technical data such as device type, approximate location (city level), and pages viewed. It does not identify you by name.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry and prepare for a call or audit you asked for.
To understand which articles and pages are useful, so we write better ones.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for. We share data with service providers only where needed to run the site (hosting, analytics) — never for their own marketing.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy. We treat what you tell us there with the same confidentiality as email.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept while we are in contact and for up to 2 years after the last exchange, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months).

Your rights

Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022), you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@aiprofitlab.io and we will respond within 30 days.

Client business data

Data that flows through systems we build for clients (messages, orders, invoices) belongs to the client. It stays in the client's own accounts and tools; we access it only to build, fix, and support the system, under the agreement we sign with each client.
