These are the terms you agree to when you buy anything from AI Profit Lab, on this website or anywhere else. They are written to be read once, in plain language, before you spend money — not to be discovered afterwards.
AI Profit Lab is the trading brand of Lotus Gulf International (لوتس الخليج العالمية ش ش و), a sole proprietor company registered in the Sultanate of Oman under commercial registration number 1570092, at South Al Khuwair, Bousher, Muscat Governorate, P.O. Box 1, P.C. 411.
Every invoice, contract and refund is issued by that company. Throughout this page, "I" and "we" mean Lotus Gulf International, and "you" means the person or business buying.
Contact: hello@aiprofitlab.io · +968 9924 5250 · Business hours 9am–6pm Muscat time, Sunday to Thursday.
Custom digital work, built to order for one specific business: websites, AI assistants that answer buyers, owner dashboards, and the automation that connects them. Nothing here is a physical product, so nothing is shipped and nothing is returned by post.
What each package includes is set out on the services page, and what it deliberately excludes is listed there too — in short: it is not an ERP, it does not replace your accountant, and it does not include paid advertising management or ongoing content writing. Anything outside the package we agreed is quoted separately before it is built.
All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and are the prices published on the website on the day you order. Founding Partner pricing applies only while that capped group is open; when it closes, the standard column applies to new orders. A price already agreed with you does not change afterwards.
No VAT is added to your invoice. Lotus Gulf International is below Oman's VAT registration threshold and is therefore not VAT-registered. The figure you are shown is the figure you are charged and the figure on the invoice. Tax Identification Number 2317725.
Bank charges, currency conversion, or fees your own bank applies to an international card are yours, not mine. If you pay from outside Oman, your bank's conversion rate is between you and them.
You choose the structure at checkout. All four buy exactly the same build; the only difference is when the money moves.
| Structure | Paid when | Effect on the total |
|---|---|---|
| Reserve a build slot | OMR 100 now, the balance invoiced once your brief is confirmed | No change |
| Pay in full | Once, up front | No change |
| Three payments | On signing, on go-live, and thirty days after go-live | +OMR 70 |
| Pay on Proof | Only after your site has produced its first real, verifiable buyer inquiry | +OMR 200 |
The OMR 100 slot deposit is a deposit, not a fee: it comes off your price in full. It is refundable in full until the day building starts, exactly as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
On Pay on Proof, "a real, verifiable buyer inquiry" means a message, form submission or call from someone outside your business and outside mine, asking about what you sell, which you can see for yourself in your own inbox or WhatsApp. If we disagree about whether one has happened, you are not invoiced until we agree.
Card payments. Where card payment is offered, it is processed by a licensed payment provider on the provider's own hosted page. Your card number, expiry and security code are entered there and are never typed into, transmitted to, or stored by aiprofitlab.io. I receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last digits of the card — nothing more. Bank transfer in OMR remains available for every order.
Invoices are due on receipt unless the structure you chose says otherwise. If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue I will stop work and tell you I have, rather than quietly letting it drift.
The Smart Website is built in about a week from the day your brief is confirmed, not from the day you pay: a brief call on day zero, building on days one to six with a live link for you to look at on day three, and go-live on day seven. One round of changes is included in that week.
Delivery is electronic. Your site goes live at your own domain, or at a temporary address if your domain is not ready, and you are told the day it happens.
Add-ons — the Live Owner Dashboard and the Full Autopilot — are built after the site is live and are scheduled with you. If your brief, your content, or an access you control is outstanding, the clock pauses until it arrives; it does not run against you while I am waiting.
The work depends on things only you have: your product or service information, your logo and images if you have them, access to your domain and hosting, and a decision when one is asked for.
You confirm that anything you send me is yours to use — your own material, or material you hold the rights to. If a third party later objects to content you supplied, that is between you and them.
Approvals are taken as given if you do not respond within 7 days of being asked, so that a project cannot stall indefinitely without either of us noticing. You will always be told at the time that a clock is running.
If your smart website produces no real buyer inquiry within 30 days of going live, I rebuild it free — as many times as it takes — until it does. If it still produces none, you get your money back.
The 30 days count from the day the site goes live, not from the day you paid. The promise covers what I built and control; it does not cover a period during which the site was taken offline, materially changed by someone else, or pointed at a different domain.
On full payment, you own the work: the site, its content, its configuration, and the accounts it runs in, which are registered in your name wherever the platform allows it. You can move it, change it, or hand it to somebody else, without asking me.
Until full payment, the work is licensed to you for review, not transferred. I keep the right to reuse the generic techniques, components and know-how behind it — nothing specific to your business, your data or your brand.
I may describe the work publicly as a case study, and show screenshots of it, unless you tell me not to. Say the word and I will not, with no explanation needed.
What I build usually runs on other people's platforms — web hosting, WhatsApp, Google, and AI model providers among them. Those services have their own terms, their own prices and their own outages, and I do not control any of them. Where a service charges its own subscription, you are told before it is used and the account is in your name.
The first year of hosting and care is included in the one-time build price. After that year it is optional and quoted separately. Your site does not stop working because you decline it.
Set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: before building starts you get everything back; after it starts you pay only for what has actually been done; and if what I deliver does not match the brief you approved and I cannot fix it, you get everything back.
Either of us can end the engagement in writing at any time. If you end it, the refund policy decides what comes back. If I end it for any reason other than your non-payment, you get a full refund of anything not yet delivered.
I build systems that help you answer buyers faster and see your numbers sooner. I do not guarantee sales, revenue, search rankings, or the behaviour of any third-party platform, and any figure shown in a simulator, demo or article on this site is an illustration run on assumptions, not a forecast of your results.
My total liability for any claim arising from work I have done is limited to the amount you actually paid me for that work. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost data held in systems I do not control, or business interruption caused by a third-party platform.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Omani law.
What you tell me about your business stays between us. How personal data on this website is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, including your rights under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).
Data flowing through systems I build for you — your messages, orders and invoices — is yours. It stays in your own accounts, and I access it only to build, fix and support the system.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction.
Before anything formal, talk to me. Most disagreements are a misunderstanding about scope and are settled in one conversation. If you paid by card and remain unsatisfied, you retain the right to raise the matter with your card issuer — I would only ask that you give me the chance to fix it first.
Where these terms and a signed service agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
I may update this page as the business changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered, and the date at the top tells you which that is. Changes are never applied backwards to work already agreed.
